sebenernya waktu pertama ditawarin drama ini gw niatnya cuman pengen tau aktingnya Lin Yi Chen ... semenjak liat dia di MV Make A Wish-nya ZZ gw suka sama tampang cute-nya tapi ternyata sesudah liat drama ini gw malah dibikin sama pemeran utama Shi Yi Nan sebenernya sih ceritanya simple tentang murid SMA (Xiao Tong) yang naksir gurunya (He Fan) sedangkan si guru itu sendiri sebenernya udah punya tunangan, tapi si He Fan ini tunangan karena cewenya itu (xin chen) anak dari orang tua angkatnya ... ya sebagai bukti terima kasihlah sama ortu tuh cewe jadi intinya sih He Fan ini gak punya perasaan cinta sama tunangannya ... He Fan tuh orangnya bener2 cool banget dia gak pernah mau ceritain masa lalunya sama orang lain ... dulunya dia tuh emang dari keluarga bahagia tapi semenjak ortunya meninggal gara2 kecelakaan dia jadi tertutup dan dia pantang ngucapin kata2 "I Love You" ke orang lain selain ortunya itu ... sebenernya waktu pertama ketemu Xiao Tong juga dia biasa2 aja ... oia si Xiao Tong ini punya nyokap yang matre banget, suka gonta-ganti cowok, suka mabok dan biasanya kalo udah mabok gitu Xiao Tong suka digebukin sampe memar2 tapi pas besoknya di sekolah tiap temen2nya nanya pasti Xiao Tong selalu bilang 'jatuh dari tangga'lah ato 'kejeduk meja' ... sampe akhirnya suatu kali si Xiao Tong ini gak tahan sama kelakuan nyokapnya sesudah di gebuk sama nyokapnya dia kabur ke rumahnya He Fan -waktu pertama ngajar He Fan emang udah bilang kalo rumahnya itu terbuka 24 jam buat murid2nya- nah ... dari sini mulai deh love story-nya He Fan & Xiao Tong ... yah walopun awal2nya He Fan cuman niat pengen ngebantu muridnya tapi akhirnya dia luluh juga sama keluguan & keras kepalanya Xiao Tong ... lucu kalo ngliat mereka ngedate apalagi kalo Xiao Tong ngajak ke teman bermain pasti He Fan mukanya langsung trus ngomong "apa harus ke tempat seperti ini kalo kencan sama anak kecil?" bwahahahaha tapi akhirnya Xiao Tong juga yang bikin He Fan cerita soal masa lalunya ... sedih deh pas He Fan ngajak Xiao Tong ke tempat2 yang biasanya dia kunjungin sama ortunya trus cerita2 soal masa lalunya malah kadang2 sampe nangis gitu waktu He Fan ngajak Xiao Tong ke makam ortunya Xiao Tong sempet do'a dan bilang minta direstuin dan mau bikin He Fan selalu happy trus He Fan juga bilang "Ma, Pa ... do'akan aku biar tabah menghadapi anak kecil ini" tapi hubungan mereka gak selancar jalan tol ... meskipun sahabat2nya Xiao Tong ngedukung dan malah ngebantu hubungan mereka berdua tapi nyokapnya Xiao Tong nentang abis2an alesannya kerena Xiao Tong belom 18 tahun dan karena He Fan cuman seorang guru <--- pletak nyokapnya Xiao Tong trus pihak sekolah juga nentang 'hubungan' guru-murid ini - oia di sekolah ini He Fan tuh disirikin sama 1 guru yang licik banget & suka 'carmuk' sama ketua yayasan gitu - belom lagi tunangannya He Fan yang tiba2 ngaku hamil & ngajak He Fan buru2 married & sempet2nya ngancem Xiao Tong tinggal He Fan yang pusing mikirin tunangannya, Xiao Tong & masalah sekolah ... sampe akhirnya He Fan mundur dari sekolah itu karena nyokapnya Xiao Tong ngancem mau ngeluarin Xiao Tong dari sekolah itu selama He Fan masih jadi guru disana <--- tembak nyokapnya Xiao Tong sebenernya Xiao Tong juga pengen keluar dari sekolah & kabur sama He Fan tapi dia udah janji mau lulus SMA dengan nilai terbaik dan lagian He Fan udah janji pas Xiao Tong B'day ke 18 dia mau ngelamar Xiao Tong & mau nunjukin ke nyokapnya Xiao Tong kalo dia bisa ngebahagiain anaknya ... tapi ternyata janji tinggal janji ... pas Xiao Tong B'day ke 18 He Fan gak dateng ngelamar Xiao Tong ... sampe Xiao Tong B'day ke 19 pun He Fan gak nongol juga ... kemanakah He Fan??? 18 True Love (Shi Ba Sui De Jue Ding)

He Fan is a master liquor master. He has a handsome appearance plus a sense of beauty with a creative ability at bartending. Not only has he become the attention of all the media, but he also becomes the master target of a High School. For the purpose of his dream to open up a bar that belongs to him, He Fan accepted the school director's financial help. He also agreed to go to the school to take on a teaching position as a means of exchanging conditions.

He Fan (portrayed by Shi Yi Nan) - Male, around 25 years old, bartending teacher, part time geography lessons. Master at mixing alcoholic beverages. Won repeated awards in contests, within and outside of the country. The school employs him to teach classes in mixing alcoholic beverages and uses him as a means to get the school famous. He Fan is also happy to get, in exchange, a bar that belongs to him. Originally, he doesn't have any interest in teaching, until he met Xiao Tong and the students and that's when he slowly started changing his way of thinking. His parents passed away in a car accident when he was young. Like kicking a soccer ball, he’s thrown to his relatives to be raised, which caused him to have a lonely and cold personality. When he grew up, he was used to traveling around all by himself, doesn't know how to love people. Because the last words that his mother spoke before she died was "I love you", under the shadow of the death of his father, he doesn't want to be separated and is afraid to say the three words, "I love you" out loud. Each of his girlfriends have felt that there is no security and every one of them goes away. Actually within his heart, he wishes to have a happy and blessed family. Like the happy one that he had with his Dad and Mom when he was young. But he doesn't have the courage to face it.

Xia Xiao Tong (portrayed by Lin Yi Chen) - Female, 18 years old, Senior in High School, majors in beautician/hair stylist. Mother always blames her own misfortunes on Xiao Tong's head and would constantly strike out at her. So the only "object" who she can grumble to is those fake heads that she uses to practice cutting hair. She protects them as if they are her little sisters, accompanies her crying, accompanies her smiling. And these secrets, only the fake sister would know about. Because of her stubborn nature, she is always putting on an expression where she doesn't want other people to sympathize with her, so as to "arm" herself. Looks toward He Fan for his consolation to gather up her confidence toward life and feelings. After meeting up with her old boyfriend, Meng Xiang, she gets sidetracked by her own contradictions toward her desires and once again falls back into the deep trap.

Meng Xiang (portrayed by Ma Zhi Xiang) - Male, 28 years old, psychological teacher, was originally a young psychological doctor. But because of a maltreatment once which leads to a tragedy, he chose to escape from it by going to the school and getting a job as a psychological teacher. Always carefree toward relationships, after meeting up with his old girlfriend, Song Xin Chen, because of not being able to forget their old relationship, he gets caught up in the painful struggle again.

Liang Zi (portrayed by Xu Wei Lun) - Female, 18 years old, senior student in High School, the only daughter of a rich family and is also Xia Xiao Tong's only friend. Sees the reality of her father's selfish concern with gaining advantages for oneself since she was young. As a result, she feels hollowness and emptiness within her heart which causes her to continuously rely on help in order to help fill up the gap of the love that she is missing.

Lin Zi Ji (portrayed by Masuyama Yuki) - Male, 18 years old, Xiao Tong's classmate, always had a crush on her. Family runs an animal hospital. He doesn't like to study, loves to dress up, has a real talent for a sense of beauty, likes to help beautifying little puppies and little kittens. Therefore, he chooses the beautician/hair stylist class. Having a delicate and fair/clear skin appearance plus taking a beautician/hair stylist class, these two things constantly gets him made fun of and bullied. But he’s fortunate to have Xiao Tong stand out and help him. Only then did he still have interest and willing to continue going to school. But he's slow in not daring to tell Xiao Tong the truth and would rather act the role of being her friend, always being by her side.

Gao Dong Jun (portrayed by Liu Geng Hong) - Male, around 27 years old, gym teacher. Always talking about human justice and morality, but he has a black heart that always thinks about his desires and things that are to his advantage. Always finding opportunities to climb up in the world. Has his eye on the rich family's daughter, Liang Zi. Hoping that he could get up in the world by getting together with her. Frequently falsely uses his professor's status to teach dancing so that he could get close to the female students. But the person that he has a crush on is Zi Ji; he's a homosexual. Because of the endless suffering in his heart, ultimately he finds his own place in the bartending area.

Ceng Hua Li (portrayed by Chen Yi Xuan) - Female, 26 years old, English teacher. Dressed in the image of a tradition teacher, vogue and courageous, just like a flower butterfly. Enthusiastic and lively, straight and direct. Constantly hoping that she could get married one day and become the most beautiful teacher bride. Because of this, she will never miss an opportunity that she could get to develop a relationship with a guy. He Fan, the newly appointed teacher in the school, has of course become her fixed target.
